The Rose Bowl was our first client, and FSM is going on its tenth year of engagement. We were retained to “put the wheels back on the bus” after a new $160 million premium tower was built and the food and beverage provider was not rising to the occasion. Our initial minor scope grew year by year resulting in three RFP’s and a one-stop shopping on all things food and beverage We would likely not be here without the Rose Bowl and are grateful they were our first project.
